Alpha Home Builders encourages buyers to use one of our preferred lenders. These lenders have a proven track record of providing the best service to our homebuyers. Many issues and potential problems buyers may experience can be easily overcome or never encountered by using one of these lenders. They will also ensure expedient delivery of all lender documents to Alpha Home Builders as they are requested, releasing the buyer from much of the responsibility.  

If a portion of the purchase price will be paid with financing proceeds, you must complete a loan application and have it submitted to your lender no later than five (5) working days after the execution of the Purchase Agreement. An approval letter will need to be delivered to your sale consultant within thirty (30) days of signing the Purchase Agreement.

It is important that you select an experienced lender that has the ability to provide you with the loan package that fits your needs and meets the requirements of your agreement with Alpha Home Builders. If you have not selected a lender, Alpha Home Builders can provide you with contacts for our preferred lenders. When you speak with your lender, you will have the opportunity to candidly and confidentially discuss your financial situation. Your lender will assist you in choosing the loan program for you. The lender’s experience will help you decide which loan is most suited to your needs, thereby saving you time and money. Your financial situation, credit rating and amount available for a down payment are important factors which help a lender direct you to a loan with features that will allow you to qualify.
